James delivered training to a group of our teaching and support staff. James is a born teacher, with a great sense of humour and an ability to keep everyone engaged and enthusiastic.

As a frontline paramedic, James has lived and breathed the situations he is teaching and his vast knowledge and experience comes through.

Our staff left feeling confident and have asked for James when it's time for recertification. James will always be our 'go to' training provider.

We used JWAA Training to deliver first aid courses to 24 of our support and academic staff.

James delivers the courses in a dynamic way which allows for different learning abilities.

All our staff thoroughly enjoyed the training, learning new skills and building their confidence.

James and his team gave us a fabulous evening on Tuesday ( 16th September 2025) for our WI Bystanders to Life Savers. He is a brilliant teacher as are the rest of his team.

They covered exactly what we had asked for. We went through both adult and child CPR, the use of EpiPens, Choking, calling 999 and using the defibrillator ( AED). It was very much a hands on have a go session which was excellent. Having the extra team members meant we could work in smaller groups which was great. There were lots of questions and they were all answered in a way that was easy to understand.

There were 35 ladies aged from 18 to 90! Everyone was absolutely buzzing when they left and we all felt more confident that we would be able to deal with emergency situations.

James and Jim delivered our staff First Aid course and it was brilliant.
