Blended Learning Options
Our Courses
We can offer a wide variety of First Aid courses, from 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work, to the full 3 day First Aid at Work. There are a lot of other First Aid Companies to choose from. The reason we differ is all our trainers are from medical backgrounds. Myself and the other director Andy, are both registered HCPC Paramedics. We are not solely instructors and have a lot of experience behind us which we believe is really important when teaching people what to do in real emergency situations.

Who are we?
Meet Our Directors
Our Directors are both highly experienced NHS Trained Paramedics with extensive careers in the emergency services and education. They share a passion for teaching and have dedicated themselves to teaching and mentoring.
James Watson
James is a registered Paramedic with extensive training in Pre-Hospital emergency medical care, including assessing patients, providing life-saving treatments, and transporting individuals to healthcare facilities. James also has experience as Education Lead within the Ambulance Service. In addition, James has been delivering First Aid courses for several years, equipping individuals and organizations with essential life-saving skills. His expertise in both emergency care and education demonstrates his commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and empowering others to respond effectively in emergencies.
Andy Atkins
Andy’s career in healthcare began in the British Army Medical Corps, where he received rigorous training and developed a strong foundation in medical care. After his time in the Army, he joined the Ambulance Service. Throughout his time in the field, Andy has gained invaluable experience in emergency medical response, and his passion for supporting his colleagues and sharing his knowledge which he now shares in his teaching.

Flexible Delivery Options
We understand it can be difficult to free up staff for three full days of training. That’s why we offer flexible delivery options for our 3-Day First Aid at Work (FAW) course:
Blended Learning Format
This popular option reduces in-person training to just two days, with a 6-hour E-learning module to complete beforehand — at no extra cost.
The online learning can be started up to six weeks in advance, allowing participants to complete it at their own pace, in shorter sessions if needed.
This format fully meets the same standards and certification requirements as the full 3-day course.
Face-to-Face Format
Prefer the traditional approach? We’re happy to deliver the full three-day, in-person training if that’s your preference.
We Can Come to You
Training can be delivered on-site at your workplace, or we can arrange a convenient local venue on your behalf — whichever works best for your team.
